Hammelis is the most powerful antioxidant among hydroliths. It is excellent for oily skin with enlarged pores, but also very beneficial in the care of mature skin. Its universal use is best exemplified by the fact that it is the only hydrolith officially approved by ESCOP as a remedy for skin regeneration.

Lavender is a very light hydrolith and mostly used for sensitive and damaged skin. It regenerates and cleanses the skin and has antiseptic properties. It reduces redness after waxing or sun exposure.

Sage is ideal in care for mixed to oily skin, but also for the treatment of wrinkles and scars. Combined with hammelis, it makes an excellent tonic for mature skin.
